to ensure service stability and no performance impact we analyze your workload on the hyperscaler for 4 weeks.
After the 4 weeks we spend one week of post processing the data and present the recommendation to the customer.
The customer can decide if he wants to proceed with the savings for each layer.
Based on this presentation a contract proposal will be made.
Deliver
- Start Project by creating a detailed backlog based on the saving targets.
- All areas for savings will be detailed out in the project management environment for audit purposes.
- Setup the meetings based on the meeting structure
- Explain the different dashboards for the customer
- Deliver sprints every 2 weeks

- Show and tell (demo) sessions and user acceptance tests after each sprint
Set to Production
Customer can decide on signing a contract to get for continuous saving recommendations every 6 months. Optimization activities need to be initiated via follow up contracts.
